I am extremely happy with chase , no way I can get back to ordenery high street banking anymore. It's a different league. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Fantastic service and unmatched benefits

Chase bank has been welcomed by me since they started in the UK. I signed up prior to launch and was excited by the benefits offered. Not only are the benefits unmatched by any other bank, but they are simple to understand and there is no messing about. Any interest or cash back offered is paid monthly. The interface for the app is also nice to look at and easy to navigate. It has helped me manage my money better. Customer service when needed has been on hand at any time of day, even to ask about a simple transaction, they are there at 3am or 2pm. Fantastic overall and I would highly recommend them.
