Chase Bank being one of the newer Banks certainly know how to value their customers and provide a fantastic customer experience if you need to call them. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

Not had one problem since I opened the account.

Had my account since April 2022. Not been one problem with the app or service since. I get 1% cashback and one of the best interest rates for my savings. Support is 24 hours and very helpful. The app is slick and has a no nonsense interface. Chase have just announced they will start reporting to all 3 major credit reference agencies. If they also add the ability to pay in cash and cheques then I can see no reason why anyone wouldn't use chase as their main current account. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023

Very good

Chase offers great savings interest rates and easy access to your money plus it's fast, reliable and their app is very easy to use with a nice and clean modern design, they also have a great rewards and round up schemes Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Great card for foreign use

Great app; efficient bank

Opened an account in minutes. The app is very good and easy to use. Use Chase debit card for all my day to day spending. Like the roundup account and the fact that I get 1% back for the first year Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Poor support

Good cashback and no fees on international use drew mw in, but the support is awful. They do not follow all regs and have needed to complain to the ombudsman. Would not use if it were not for the international fee free card Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
