Simplest yet the best app

I am using Chase for more than 6 month and it has such a smooth and simple experience. A very neat and clean UI. In app customer support on chat is always there to help. One thing missing is the custom categories for spending. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Value their Customers

Chase Bank being one of the newer Banks certainly know how to value their customers and provide a fantastic customer experience if you need to call them. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

Not had one problem since I opened the account.

Had my account since April 2022. Not been one problem with the app or service since. I get 1% cashback and one of the best interest rates for my savings. Support is 24 hours and very helpful. The app is slick and has a no nonsense interface. Chase have just announced they will start reporting to all 3 major credit reference agencies. If they also add the ability to pay in cash and cheques then I can see no reason why anyone wouldn't use chase as their main current account. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023
