Happy Customer

Very easy site to use for online banking, once set up it is quickly and easily accessible. Rewards are great. If needed the online customer support is excellent, they respond quickly and are very helpful. I was with my previous bank for a long time but do not regret changing to Chase. I love being able to have separate current account pots that I can actually pay with from my card and have direct debits coming from those separate accounts all under one banner.
