Happy Customer

Very easy site to use for online banking, once set up it is quickly and easily accessible. Rewards are great. If needed the online customer support is excellent, they respond quickly and are very helpful. I was with my previous bank for a long time but do not regret changing to Chase. I love being able to have separate current account p...

I love being able to have separate current account pots that I can actually pay with from my card and have direct debits coming from those separate accounts all under one banner. Good current account with 1% cashback

Not as good as it used to be

Chase used to have excellent saving rates & 1% cashback on debit card spending. Now the saving rate it not particularly good and the cashback has pretty much been removed. The only plus is that there aren't any foreign exchange charges for purchases abroad. It is now just an OK bank. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
