I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

A good all round product.

Chase has scaled its benefits back a bit, but it’s still a great bank. We travel a lot, you get great exchange rates when you’re using your debit card abroad. The 1% cashback is now capped at £15, which is a little disappointing, but still better than competitors. I have needed customer service on a couple of occasions, they have been excellent. Overall easy reliable banking

I have only once had issues with the app where I couldn't access my money, hence 4/5 stars. Other than that the service is always fantastic and it is quick and easy to get in touch with a real person. The only bank

Everything is so straight forward so easy to set up direct debits even making 1 percent on money transaction And the fact that u get 24hours notice of pending transactions coming incase I've forgot brilliant service best bank account I've ever had thanks Chase Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025
