I am really happy with Chase.

I am really happy with Chase. I was an early adopter when they came out and have stayed ever since. The app is clean, fast, and well-designed. On the few occasions I’ve needed customer support, it’s been helpful and quick. Rewards are excellent too. Everything is just so easy. Chase provide an excellent app that's reliable and easy to use. There are nice rewards like the cashback on everyday spending and I like the roundup feature which quickly grows into a nice little bonus. The savings rates are also competitive and it's easy to transfer between accounts when you need to. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Easy to use banking with great access to savings accounts. The app is easy to use and the 24hr help is really useful. Being able to get the best rates when travelling abroad is useful, no full need to get cash out in currency when the exchange rate through chase is simple and competitive in the market.
