A knew nothing about Chase when I opened an account and did not know what to expect. Now it is my go-to bank for nearly all my needs including savings and investments. Been using chase bank for 2 years now and found it the best banking for ease of talking to real person, lots of perks such as high interest rates on balances, has good security, friendly app for people who are not technologically savvy, fast banking transactions and just all round banking that truly cares for its customers interest.
