Decent overall

Not much to add really they're okay and it's easy to use but the rewards are getting less rewarding over time so that is t amazing to be honest, so they may need to look at that again at making sure it really stands out. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Streamlined and rewarding banking

Love the 1% cashback and the round up function has added up nicely without feeling it. App is the best banking app I have used, streamlined and well laid out, great usability. Using my card abroad is an added bonus as no fees on transactions. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

So easy to use! Can’t think how it could be better.

So easy to use! I have several current account “pots” on my Chase app that I use as my requirements change e.g. one for housekeeping expenditure, one for my personal expenses, one for cash on holiday etc etc.. and I also have a few savings pots. Easy to pay people, pay in, move money around, and I always use the Chase card and app when overseas for the best exchange rate with no commission and almost instant confirmation of how much in Sterling each transaction costs. Plus cash back each month. Would hate to be without my Chase card and app! Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
