Helpful customer service

There is a limit as to how much money you can spend in one day, but I needed to raise that to pay a bill. I messaged them online and they responded straight away but said that they were very busy and would get back to me as soon as possible. That was not a problem to me as I knew I just had to wait. Once they contacted me, they apologised and sorted everything out straight away with a very cheerful manner. This was so much more helpful than another online bank that I have now moved away from, and I was pleased with the customer service I received. Chase is excellent!

Chase is a very good bank, fast response when needed, alerts you when new direct debits are set up. Alerts you when a transactions is being done online that needs approving, and the cashback per month is a super help Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Wise Choice

Very easy to transfer money between accounts on the app. Very easy to top up accounts. No glitches! Good interest rate on savings means I transfer here by preference and decide about investing later. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
