I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Savings rate isn't market leading, benefits offered with credit card isn't also that good compared to rivals. 1% cash back with minimum deposit rules are questionable unlike when it started, it was great. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026
