I can’t recommend Chase Bank highly enough! From the moment I opened my account, everything has been smooth, simple, and stress-free. The mobile app is a dream to use — it’s so intuitive and easy to navigate that I can manage all my banking in seconds. Compared to traditional high street banks, Chase feels miles ahead. No queues, no confusing menus, just a clear, modern way to handle money. I genuinely feel like they’ve thought about what customers actually need. It's very easy to use the phone app.

It's very easy to use the phone app. Easy to move money between current account and savings account. The round up feature is good. The money rounded up goes in to a different savings account with a higher interest rate. It gives a nice pay-out each year. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026
