I just love the Chase app and its simple facility.

I just love the Chase app and its simple facility. the 'Round-up" feature is excellent and the ability to then transfer your accumulated pennies into the Nutmeg ISA is just brilliant. I never thought I'd be able to save anyting but with this, I have saved a thousand pounds without even noticing it. Fantastic. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

Help chat answers very quickly

Reliable app and customer service

I have always found Chase's customer service team to be helpful, responsive and effective at resolving any queries I have, whenever I contact them. The app is easy to use, intuitive and reliable. It doesn't seem to suffer outages like some other banks' apps. I like the cashback available, even though this is no longer as generous as it once was. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026
