Fraudulent Payment Resolved By Chase

I recently had a fraudulent payment from my account and when I called and spoke with the Chase team they were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and calmed me down as I was panicking. Chase confirmed the fraudulent payment and arranged a refund. I was so happy and relieved, and all the advice I received will save me for falling victim to scams in the future.
