Fastest Customer Service than any other bank

The chat facility with Chase is probably the fastest response time for any other High Street bank and if I need to speak to a person going through the chat facility transfer you seamlessly to a real person the exchange rates for foreign travel is very good value for money by using the Bank of England Exchange rate rather than High Street banks using an exchange rate specifically for travel. Banking made easy

Chase are the most efficient bank I’ve ever dealt with. I love the fact I can see my spending at a glance including what I’ve spent abroad converted into GBP.. also when I’d been charged double on a transaction I messaged Chase and it was sorted within minutes, super efficient. 24/7 customer service is so helpful and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I find navigating my finances extremely easy and I know where my money is going. Prompt notifications when changes happen to my account wether that be money out or in (unlike other banks who’s notifications come sometimes over an hour after the fact) and fantastic cash-back offers. As a student I find this bank amazing and I’m sure I will feel the same when I graduate and start working. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
