I LOVE THIS BANK

Chase is an easy to use online bank. I can spend on my mobile app in all countries effortlessly and always with the best exchange rates. On the two occasions I have needed support I contacted them and within 20 mins my problem was solved. One a possible fraud requiring a new virtual card. Great service with useful app features

Not had much use for customer service but when I have they've responded surprisingly quickly and helped solve my issue. Very easy to use the app with no down time experienced. Instant updates of payments in and out of the account are very useful. Seeing Nutmeg investments within the chase app is very useful too. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
