The Chase saver account can be opened with any amount and can have a maximum balance of £1m.

The account has a variable interest rate and you can make withdrawals whenever you like. There are no fees or charges and you can open up to ten Chase saver accounts with each one earning interest.

Excellent service and .easy to use

Excellent service from applying for an account to receiving cards quickly.. easy to use online banking and very good customer service if any problems at all Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Easy, Practical, Helpful, General All-Rounder

Appreciated how easy it was to open the account in the first place: the ID verification aspect of the procedure was simple and quick. No issues. In relation to opening individual accounts within the initial Current Account setup, it was SO simple! I love the idea of the "Roundup" account - it is an incentive to pay out of my Chase instead of another bank account! Also, the rates of the Savings Account were fantastic when I opened, along with the Cashback offer - it makes it a great incentive to use the account as an everyday and saver - This was so appealing to me as it meant that I could have all of my accounts in one place and didn't have to flit between a load of banks - my other accounts remained largely untouched in a daily context. I initially set up my Chase account to go abroad, as the "no fees" element really encouraged me - I was not disappointed. The ease at which I could use my card, either physically or attached to my phone, was so simple and like I have noted previously, the roundup element and cashback on every transaction acted as an incentive. Previously, I had no issue spending abroad, which typically, banks can try to stop the card, even when alerted that I was going away. I was really pleased with the ease and simplicity. Furthermore ,when I lost my phone and was panicking about somebody getting access to my account, when I phoned Chase, they were ever so helpful. It was easy to speak with them and they really did mitigate the feelings of stress I had come to them with. They were polite and VERY helpful, knowing exactly what I needed doing to stop worrying. I was very pleased, as I have had issues accessing telephone banking before, as the call receivers have either not been clear in what they are trying to convey to me, or the calls have dropped out at crucial points and I have just not had an overall great experience with other bank Customer Service in comparison to Chase. Overall, I am very impressed with the accessibility, the ease of use and general Customer Service and products offered by Chase Bank. Delayed/held transfers

User friendly account setup
