Patience service

nice app and patience service. There is one time that i need to pay a big amount of money for my tuition but locked. I was really confused and worried. When I call the bank, they kindly explain why they need to do this and reminded me not to believe in any other website except the official one. Decent, but not the best

The app is quite convenient and the savings rate is good. But that's it - good. It's a nice savings rate, but certainly not the highest - and frankly that's what matters the most for a savings account, when compare to a current account. Customer service is incredible. It's possible to connect with a real human (not a chatbot!) via chat/on the phone 24/7 which is incredibly appreciated and reassuring. The agents are very helpful too.
