Saving Rates no longer Market Leading

I opened whan the chase savings rate was best in market on compare site but now it is only average. When I wanted to take money out to transfer to a higher rate elsewhere it was quite difficult a foreign sounding woman with poor English made it difficult. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
