Great rate, easy withdrawals.

Nice easy recent transfer to Chetwood. Best rate on the market, and fast smooth withdrawals when I've needed to. No app, but mobile access via browser is easy enough. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025

Good product but poor online banking

Chetwood offer a competitive interest rate, but the setup process was cumbersome and the online banking offer is poor compared to rivals like Tandem or Chase. But the customer service is good and I’m pleased with the product. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

IT, Website and Provision of Documents all substandard

One experience: all dreadful - 1. When trying to log in online, the verification code failed to come through to my phone on repeated occasions, then started coming through in torrents several hours later when it was too late. 2. Once online, I discovered that I can't get a straightforward statement with your bank name and address, my name, address and account number - which anyone would need if e.g. providing proof of wealth 3. I was informed it would take two working days to have a custom statement provided - in 2025??!!! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Not penalised easy access high interest account

Very easy to apply and what I like about the easy access account is you are still allowed 1 withdrawal everyday if need be without being penalised on the interest rate unlike many competitors. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
