Great rate, easy withdrawals.

Nice easy recent transfer to Chetwood. Best rate on the market, and fast smooth withdrawals when I've needed to. No app, but mobile access via browser is easy enough. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025

New customer

Just opened a savings account process was easy and done in good time. Have not yet taken money out which I will do at some point this year. Hopefully this will be an easy process too. If this goes smoothly then I will upgrade to 5 star rating. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Alternative to a High Street Bank

I wanted a non high street bank that offered a good rate of interest without the risks associated with cash isa's. My wife and I would have preferred a joint account but single named accounts appear to be the norm in the market so we have gone along with it. The slight delay in crediting and retrieving funds is not something that puts me off especially as it is made perfectly clear before you sign up. All in all so far very happy with the account. The easy access savings account is great and I found it easy to set up. I’ve not had any contact with customer service so can’t comment on that but found the online banking easy to use. The one downside for me so far is no app for savings accounts. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Wonderful value!

I am a pensioner and don’t have a lot of savings and I do need access at times when I overspend my budget. The money was sitting in a well known High Street bank earning next to nothing in interest. I am delighted with the monthly interest I now receive with Chetwood Bank. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
