Great rate, easy withdrawals.

Nice easy recent transfer to Chetwood. Best rate on the market, and fast smooth withdrawals when I've needed to. No app, but mobile access via browser is easy enough. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025

Easy use online bank with competitive rates.

Easy to use online bank with competitive rates. I have used since they launched their savings account and found everything very easy to use. Only things to be aware of: withdrawals do take 1 working day, and the acc. no and sort code do not appear when you login to your account so you do need to look these up when required. From start to finish it’s all been so easy.

From start to finish it’s all been so easy. With a very competitive rate to go with it. Even at the beginning when I messed up and a 4 figure sum was “somewhere” because of an error I made - it was returned to my bank within hours without me prompting them. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Good account overall

I haven’t used customer service, hence the neutral option. But my experience of using my savings account so far has been positive: good security, currently best rate of interest, easy to use. Would like it if there was an app though. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Excellent service from a bank I was not familiar with

I had never heard of the bank but I used MSE as a recommendation. I really value being able to open an account and do all my banking online and Chetwood bank certainly ticked all those boxes. They offer a very competitive interest rate which was also one of the main attractions that drew me to the bank. It's really easy to transfer money in and out of my account.
