Best savings app ever

Chips AI function has been a real great service. It has taken the hard work out of saving. It moves small amounts little and often which has allowed me to finally have savings and a rainy day fund. Simple to use with great customer serive

Having used numerous phone banking apps and spent a good amount of time hunting around for a company who offers good to great customer service and a decent interest rate (in the current economy at least) I stumbled upon Chip. Initially I was uncertain about a company I personally hadn't heard about but took the plunge and put some money into the savings account. Whilst I don't top-up the account on a regular basis, instead opting to leave a lump-sum in the account, I have found the app is very clean, simple to use and am yet to experience any bugs or niggles. Their customer service seems top notch, having only contacted them twice in the time I have had an account, they answer my queries quickly and rectified a small account error within minutes of it being raised with them. Seeing the app develop over time is very exciting, now about to offer an investment platform and best of all, it offers a free to use option with no fees should you wish to just try the app out - which I recommend you do. Easy to use app with great features

excellent and timely support very responsive and helpful

I really like the automatic saving feature as i don't notice how much i am saving and don't miss the money which is building up nicely in my CHIP account.
