The app works well, info easy to find, good rates.

The app works well and is clear and easy to understand. The information you need is at the front and it saves time scrambling around looking for what you want. Interest rates are also good. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Chip make it easy

I looked at savings accounts and Investment ISAs many times in the past and found it difficult to get started. Chip changed that! The app makes it super easy to get started and follow through. The auto savings features are my favourite, can set and forget and the AI calculating the extra I can afford to invest. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Fantastic, clear and reliable app.

Fantastic, clear and reliable app. Good access to information and guidance as well as easy access to support, none of this having to jump through poorly created AI agents or digging deep to find customer service contact details, like you have with normal banks. customer service is quick to respond, helpful and friendly.
