Beginner friendly, inclusive, community

Chip is a very beginner friendly banking app. Its very easy to understand the various products that Chip offer. I also like the emails I receive from staff members of Chip that send me offers and updates about the company. I feel included into a community. I also appreciate being contacted by real people, which is a breath of fresh air as more and more websites and apps utilise AI chat bots to engage with customers.
