Repay weekly, fortnightly or monthly with no fees if you choose to repay the full loan early. There’s an option to top up your loan after four months and support is available over the phone, online or in-branch.

Unfair on loan despite always paying on time

I have had two loans from clockwise yet never missed a payment or anything, I needed a loan due to needing a new car and I was unable to be accepted for one, was given no reason why or anything, I have never missed a payment and always payed on time along with paying extra so I didn’t get behind and yet still wasn’t accepted, I tried to call but no answer and from previous experience with customer service it has been poor. Great service !

I’m a long term member previously from Ncu and they have always provided excellent service,support and advice. They are easy to contact ,reply in a timely manner and have always dealt with my inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
