I am impressed that they have kept their interest rate high for savers when other banks and building societies are dropping theirs, some even before Bank of England rate changes are announced. I recently topped up my savings to the maximum. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Much prefer the non compounded product

Been banking since 2022. Prefer the non compound interest product. On a fixed sum for more than 2 years I am provided with calculated interest annually, Use the 95 day account the interest rate on this product remains steady at 4.70%. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Close Brothers were recommended to me by a cousin, and I have since recommended them to other people. There are always good interest rates, the phone is answered quickly, the staff are very helpful.
