Very good rates. Customer-friendly

They had one of the best savings rates on the market in 2019-20 and I received good customer service from them. Close Brothers also have simple and easy to understand savings products. Once they slightly improve their online functionality, they will deserve 5 stars. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Close Brothers comes across as a highly professional bank, with market-leading savings products. The online account opening process was straightforward, and response times were prompt (unlike another bank I dealt with around the same time). Among best rates available with 5 star service

Opened a nice competitive fixed rate ISA account that works well. Shame that it is now closed to new investors. There is an alternative notice account available, should that suit. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
