From my first contact, I have found that Close Brothers have customers' interests at the heart of their operation. I have found that, doing business with the bank is easy and straightforward. If I have had any occasion to seek clarification or assistance by telephone, the call handlers have always been most knowledgeable and willing to help. Reviewed on: 11th January 2019

Good clear savings interest rates and interest to expect.

Clearly the Best

I deal with 33 Banks and institutions in the UK for my saving needs. I do so wish they were all as efficient and organised as Close Brothers. They always get everything right, first time without fail. The staff are always friendly but business like, well versed in their products and sympathetic to the requirements of let’s say the older generation.
