More than I expected

Today was a standard insurance swap to my new car with the same insurer but the very welcome added bonus of the great help from the young man on the phone to me helping me with the details I was struggling with due to me being slightly older and a little Tecno phobic ,he didn't patronise me he just couldn't do enough to help me out Reviewed on: 28th April 2017

Easy and stress free

Phoning insurance company's is one of those things in life people would rather not do however with complete cover group I found it to be easy and stress free which is important to someone like me as I like to ensure with any contract I sign all parties are always well informed throughout the duration. Good customer service

Change of vehicle and cover

Although on the phone for over an hour the very helpful customer service rep changed my vehicle, upped my cover and updated my policy for me. Reviewed on: 28th April 2017

Overall satisfaction

The cover and quote I recieved I find very satisfactory. My only issue is the date my license started came back as being 13 years earlier than what is stated on the cover. There must have been a glitch in the questionnaire as this is not something I would have got wrong. I'm still waiting to see if it affects my policy. Reviewed on: 27th April 2017

Donna went above and beyond

After numerous calls being made to Close Brothers premium finance and a subsequent complaint that was never lodged at their Glasgow office, and being on hold whilst being tossed up and down with regards to changing the Payment date on my account; I then got through to Zoe at complete cover group who agreed to send an email to close brothers with regards to my request to change my payment date over what is normally accepted. Unfortunately Zoe did not call me back to inform me that this had being declined. Fortunately called again and spoke to Donna who went above and beyond and spoke to close brothers finance on my behalf and had the necessary changes made accordingly. She kept my expectations we'll managed all the way by not promising anything but simply being honest. She's made my day and this is what I call "Good customer service" Reviewed on: 27th April 2017
