I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Stole my money

Like some of the reviews I have read, Counting up have yet again stolen money from a customer, that customer being me. They have closed my account for no valid reason, they said I will receive my money within 30 days, which I now know is a complete Lie as I have just read many reviews with the same problem and they never got their money back, I have £762 in my account in which it was my wages i had just been paid, Rent is due, Child Maintenance, and more bills I have to pay, this has left me stranded, and bills have bounced back, which eventually will lead into Debt, my MENTAL HEALTH really cannot take it for much longer, as the fear of being in debt has me SUICIDAL, action must be taken immediately, I have contacted my solicitor and will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service.
