I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Impressive and a huge boon to our SME

Very quick to set up. Customisable invoice templates perfect! Quick attention whet we had a login issue. Love the professional, original, thoughtful look and functionality such as accountant access. My only concern is they don't charge enough! Reviewed on: 14th January 2026

Best online Bank.

Very easy to get setup, easy to use and lots of extra help on your account page. i.e corporation tax summary. Easy to navigate on your account page when you need to use any of the other services. I would definitely recommend this bank to any new business. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
