I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Good bank but lacks small things

It’s a good bank with some good rates and good user interface. The only thing that lets them down is the lack of a phone number to call in an emergency or sometimes you just need to talk to someone directly about an issue you’re having, instead of everything being done via chat box. Also - you can’t speak to someone out of hours, this is such a big let down. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
