Avoid This Bank at All Costs – Read the 1-Star Reviews First! I opened a staff account with this bank under my company, Motolink South Wales Limited, and deeply regret it. Today was supposed to be the first day of using the account – they sent me the card, and I’d already switched all my business direct debits over and transferred over £20,000 in various payments. As soon as the account became active… they froze it. No warning, no explanation. I messaged them via chat immediately, and as expected – no response. This is how they operate. Just read through the endless one-star reviews like I did (far too late, unfortunately). Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly don’t care about the disruption they cause to small businesses and individuals. I now have business obligations, bills, and payments in limbo while they hold onto my funds without even acknowledging my message. I want to move every penny out of this account as soon as they unblock it – if they ever do – and I strongly advise anyone considering this bank to look elsewhere. There are far better options out there that won’t leave you in the dark and treat your money like it’s theirs. You’ve been warned – especially if you’re a business like Motolink South Wales Limited. A good online bank for any small business.

As a small business owner, I wanted a bank that was simple to set up, user friendly and easy to use, low cost and hassle free. Counting up was all this plus has some great features such as ease of tracking and categorising expenses, can make invoices on the app to share and get paid. It also allows me to give access to my profit loss statement to my accountant. So far, I have no complaints, and it is one less thing for me to worry about in my business.
