It was easy to take out the insurance cover. I found it so much cheaper than I was expecting to. Very easy to contact them too. They really do their best to help and support you if you need to contact them whilst you're still away too. Reviewed on: 15th October 2024

Cheapest I have found

I have now used Covered2Go for travel insurance twice. For a month long holiday to Australia just for myself I was really surprised that it was just £60. Then this year I used them again for both me and my new partner on a 9 day trip to Morocco and found it was just £70. Both of us have health issues and both in our senior years. We needed advice on our travel insurance around family members staying abroad if there was an accident or emergency. We received excellent customer service. The advice was great and they even went to the extra effort to compare policies and seek clarification for us. Reviewed on: 12th September 2025

Excellent customer service - I have always been able to speak to a human(!)when necessary. I requestedb my policy through the post and this arrived within 2 days. I have never actually had to claim but some years ago my late husband broke his hip whilst we were on holiday. This was dealt with excellently,including the provision of a taxi from the airport to our home. Reviewed on: 12th September 2025
