Terrible Service - Basically Fraud

We booked our holiday and paid for travel insurance at the start of January. We wanted to make a claim for our holiday, as Government guidelines advise against non-essential travel, and due to the fact we have to quarantine/self-isolate in Greece for 7 days (which is the length of our holiday) and quarantine/self-isolate on the return for 14 days in the UK - this ruins our holiday and will financially effect our work when returning. CoverForYou are not interested in this and we are not covered for anything if it is considered a 'pandemic'. Terrible insurance company, not living up to the 5 star defaqto rating that they have. I phoned after getting a quote online but decided to to call customer service as I had a few unanswered questions. I was happy with the cover & Raquel, the agent who assisted me, sealed the deal as she was very helpful. Reviewed on: 20th September 2021

I've been a customer for a while now and frequently recommend them to friends: the phone is answered quickly; staff are informed and helpful; documents are easy to understand and quickly emailed.
