So easy, so understanding

The thought of an IVA terrified me and my partner but creditfix made it so easy that all our worries left us. We are near the end of our agreement but would recommend anybody that is in debt to not worry and just go see creditfix. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Helpful beyond belief

I put my details in initially then the next day when the calls from them started I got scared and didn’t answer the phone. They persisted and I was drowning in debt and after weeks of ignoring them I sent a text to say can I get a call at a roundabout time. I got a reply! They called me. A lady called Sara was so helpful and understanding of my situation I was very greatly to her for being so patient with me and kind to say the least. My money worries are now put behind me and I make 1 payment a month. Customer 10+ thank you Creditfix for everything I now sleep peacefully again at night!! I hope you win!! Mismanaged and a complete flop

My experience was rubbish, debts kept getting added no explanation as to what they were for, no help when I became unwell just cancelled it leaving us in the shit, so no I wouldn't recommend you at all. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021

Can not fault them
