Awful and unprofessional

Avoid this company it is an absolute nightmares they tell lives to you they pass you around they do not give you the advice thay should. I had my IVA cancelled by accident thay email me to apologise they said if I reply to the email in the same day they will re-sinder it so I replied to them for them to start it again I heard nothing of them for three or four days then I got a letter of them saying that it had been cancelled permanently yet they still took 2 months money out of my accounts which I'm fighting to get back absolute disgrace please avoid Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

The most helpful and understanding

Since getting assistance from credit fix my life has been less stressful, they are very understanding very patient they listen, the most important thing any advisor can do, they dont judge and they are always ready to help even if your circumstances change. Brilliant

Been brilliant helping me through my debt problems, always there to help when you need to ring them, friendly staff, I've had no issues with company I'm in my final year of my ive. Mostly good experience

I disliked the fact that they wouldn't let me pursue a claim against my debtors (payday loans) for wrongly loaning me money, then stopped responding to my emails about this. This means I am in debt for longer Prior to this I had a good experience. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021
