Easy and affordable.

Joined Cycleplan on recommendation from a friend who had only positive experiences. I can echo these and while I have never had to claim they have been great with their service. I had to make changes to my policy and also extend it to European cover due to a Pyrenees cycle. They were great and easy to deal with. Will continue to use them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2018

Easy to communicate.

We have had bike insurance with cycle plan for my son's bike. We've spent 600 on it and didn't want to risk not getting one. So it happened that my son's bike was stolen. We provided all the documents requested (always keep receipts,we had to ask for duplicates and if took a while). We were given 570 back. I'm very happy as otherwise we would not be able to get him another nice bike. Reviewed on: 18th July 2022
