Easy and affordable.

Joined Cycleplan on recommendation from a friend who had only positive experiences. I can echo these and while I have never had to claim they have been great with their service. I had to make changes to my policy and also extend it to European cover due to a Pyrenees cycle. They were great and easy to deal with. Will continue to use them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2018

Comprehensive insurance

I had a claim that was dealt with well and I was happily cycling again in no time

When my bike was stolen I was put in a very tricky situation. The team at Cycle plan were accomodating and sympathetic towards me. Communication was frequent and I was back on the road in a timely manor Reviewed on: 18th July 2022

Deceptive practices to get insurance award votes

Up until 2 mins ago I was entirely happy with them. However to be entered into the prize draw you have to complete a survey, promo email reads: "voting is super quick and easy. Plus, you'll be entered into a prize draw to win £1,000!". So dropped my rating as a result. Completing a survey is not super quick Reviewed on: 18th July 2022

Fantastic customer care

I have sadly have 2 bad experiences with bikes. 1 stolen and 1 driven into a height barrier. On both occasions CyclePlan were responsive, helpful and I had a replacement bike within weeks. Reviewed on: 18th July 2022
