Good for Cyclist

When I first contact them they were very sympathetic when they found my bike was stolen. Rather than have to pay a substantial premium hike, I explained the situation and the agent went back to the insurance provider and explain the circumstances. Thus, I was not penalised excessively for having a claim that was made recently. Great service and I highly recommend this to other cyclists. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021
