Great service. There if I need it

Friendly, empathic... but slow!

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and empathic after my bike (and myself!) suffered damage. I had to chase the claim and when I did it seems their processes hadn't (twice) worked which meant my details hadn't been logged as they should. Very good value

I’m a pensioner riding an electric trike. I needed to have it insured because it was q7ite expensive. I also use a top chainto keep it safe when I’m out. It’s a weight of my mind to know that if something does happen I’ve got a good insurance policy. Reviewed on: 7th July 2019

Very good on-line and telephone communication.
