Easy and affordable.

Joined Cycleplan on recommendation from a friend who had only positive experiences. I can echo these and while I have never had to claim they have been great with their service. I had to make changes to my policy and also extend it to European cover due to a Pyrenees cycle. They were great and easy to deal with. Will continue to use them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2018

Great Experience

When I needed to claim against my policy, Cycleplan could not have been more helpful. Their customer service was exemplary in handling my claim. The nominated supplier of a replacement cycle (Wheelies) were excellent. I have rarely needed to claim on insurance and hope not to again. Should I need to submit a claim with any company, I hope they are up to the standard of Cycleplan. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
