Great service, great value

I was drawn to cycleplan initially because they have chosen a female professional cyclist in Lizzie Deignan as an ambassador so I agree with and value what Cycle Plan seem to value. I'm a huge believer in sport in general regardless of gender. I also believe Cycle Plan offer the best insurance cover for the best price also but I must admit cost was a secondary consideration behind the company ethos and the level of cover offered. A bit hairy in the beginning but all worked out in the end!

Initially I was told my son's bike was not covered even though it was stolen because it wasn't locked the reason for this is that he was standing with it and it was taken from under him! I argued this and they agreed to take the case to the underwriters for their decision and fortunately for us they agreed to replace his bike! His previous bike was only 4 months old and the 2nd one to be stolen so we were delighted as we didn't have insurance for the first one! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Great value for money and easy to set up

So Far So Good!

As a fairly new customer I have not yet made any communication with Cycleplan and hope that I never have to (I really like my mountain bike!) However after comparing countless other cycle insurers I opted for Cycleplan as not only did they offer the exact cover that i needed, but the information on their website was clear and concise and it was incredibly simple to purchase online.
