It took 6 months to agree and recieve my payment

Needed to make a claim after I crashed my bike and for my cycling clothes that were damaged. It took nearly six months for me to recieve the agreed payment and I was provided thirty pound compensation for the delays that were caused after I submitted a formal complaint. Cycleplan has been reliable for me so far. I appreciated how straightforward the sign-up process was, and they offer good coverage for cyclists.
