My online savings account with Cynergy became inacce...

My online savings account with Cynergy became inaccessible over the course of last year after (I suspect) they had carried out an upgrade. I was obliged to move my savings to an alternative provider in June 2025. I am now owed interest that should have been paid to me in November 2025 which I now discover (thanks to the financial ombudsman) has been paid into the account which I am unable to access. Very clunky App and website.

Very clunky App and website. Not very user friendly, payments can be slow at times. It's good that they show interest accured on a daily basis. Sometimes offer good interest rates but not as competitive as they used to be so I use them less now. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Good at alerts for higher interest rates
