Very clunky App and website.

Very clunky App and website. Not very user friendly, payments can be slow at times. It's good that they show interest accured on a daily basis. Sometimes offer good interest rates but not as competitive as they used to be so I use them less now. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

It’s Easy to Bank with Cynergy.

I found the CynergyBank Bank app well thought through and I have been able to complete all the actions necessary with it. I have not had to call customer services as it all just works. I would recommend this bank. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
