I opened a Help to Buy ISA in the Northallerton branch, and was helped by Kirsty. She guided me through every stage, was polite, warm and friendly, and I am very satisfied by the service offered. The reduction in opening hours at your branches is ridiculous. A hare brained scheme. Other societies, e.g. Newcastle are opening branches and not reducing hours. Remember you are here to provide a service and be open 9-5. Reviewed on: 7th October 2019
