Tubwell Branch review

I have been with the DBS for as long as I can remember and in that time I have never had a bad visit. Must admit I was taken a back on how open plan the Tubwell Row is. Staff are more important than layout. My visit on the 4th August was "brilliant", I was well impressed with Michelle. She sorted out my problem, with a payment, into my account.
