First time buyer mortgage

I recently purchased my own home and went to the Darlington Building Society for my mortgage. I also opened a 'help to buy ISA' with them. It was the Middlesbrough branch I visited and the service was amazing. Kind, helpful and welcoming staff on the desk, they made me feel at ease and were happy to answer any of my questions. The mortgage advisor was equally as helpful and answered every question or query I had in simple terms as it was all new to me. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
