A little more caution when setting up the first account deposits would have saved me from some anxiety when my money had to be refunded - but unlikely to get it back for up to 7 days. Reviewed on: 17th September 2024

Simon was very helpful in detailing the options for my 2 accounts. Very complicated as they’re both dormant, but we have now decided on the best option. Frustrating to find it so tricky and prolonged to get at my money, but that’s banking regulations not his fault!! Reviewed on: 17th September 2024
